02Project Engagement

Project requirements, timelines, deliverables, and payment terms will be defined separately through proposals, quotations, agreements, or contracts.

03Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Deliver required content and materials
• Review deliverables within agreed timelines
• Make payments according to agreed terms

Project delays caused by missing client information may affect delivery schedules.

04Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Clients retain ownership of their content and trademarks.
• WaamTech retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, methodologies, and development assets.

Ownership of completed deliverables may transfer according to project agreements and payment completion.

05Payments

All payments must be made according to agreed quotations, proposals, invoices, or contracts.

Late payments may result in project delays, suspension of services, or additional charges where applicable.

06Hosting And Infrastructure Services

Hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, domain registrations, SSL certificates, and related infrastructure services may be subject to additional third-party provider terms and conditions.

WaamTech is not liable for outages, interruptions, or service limitations caused by third-party providers.

07Limitation Of Liability

WaamTech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of services or website.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

08Warranties

Services are provided on a professional and commercially reasonable basis.

No guarantee is made regarding future business performance, rankings, sales, traffic, or commercial outcomes unless explicitly agreed in writing.

09Termination

Either party may terminate a project or service engagement according to agreed contractual terms.

Outstanding balances remain payable upon termination.

10Modifications

WaamTech reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.

11Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations relevant to the jurisdiction in which WaamTech operates.
